TAT/Turn Around Time:​

• Please note that all items are made to order, with processing times ranging from 1.5 to 2 weeks. Monday through Friday, off on major holidays. ( I try my best to get orders out asap)

• During winter storms, processing may take longer due to rural conditions.

• We have a No Return policy since all items are made to order. 

• You have 2 days to reach out if there is a problem with an item.

Shipping:

• We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.00 in the US, complete with a tracking number, and once your order is ready, it will be double packaged and shipped within 3 days.

• For locals, we also provide a FREE porch pickup!
